Here are some highlights of church camp:
Day 1:
Went to church at 9.45 a.m. to gather, took quite a few photos before boarding the bus.

We reached Pulai Desaru Resort at around 2.00 p.m. and had our lunch before they handed us room keys, the lunch was fried rice, nice but so little lor! Not full enough!

After the keys handing session, its free time, Yi Qian, Pei Fern, Linda, Wan Yee, Ailing Pei Xian and I went walking around the resort to explore a bit.
Thats a scary hen... in the mini "zoo"... I thought farm would be more appropriate...
Went to beach walk walk, see see, they never maintain the beach sia! So many leaves around and oh my, there was a big Komodo dragon walking right behind where I seated, scared the hell out of me man! But it still look quite peaceful and nice under the bright big sun!
Later in the evening after dinner, we had the opening ceremony where there was children drumming water bottles, a session of line dance with balloons tied to our feet and stepping on each other's balloons! Really had fun!!! Then Yan Heng prepared some games for us, showing us photos of past camps and events and guessing questions posted by him, wah, got feel, memory flooded in, got photos of me when I was young leh... Haha... And all the laughter surrounded YanHeng and Heng Wei's muscle man pose when they were young. Haha...
Day 2:
We woke up quite early in the morning, around 6.00 a.m. like that to gather in the function room to do QT, Yi Qian and I rushed down coz we were late!!! Wah, the resort har, don't open lights at night de leh, we were literally searching in the darkness for the key hole and finding our way to the function room, when we reached the lobby, wah, no lights also sia. They so 环保 lor! After QT, we had line dance and had our first breakfast in the resort, wah, the breakfast super got feel. The scrambled eggs were super nice, there are staff there cooking 荷包蛋 or omelet for you de leh. The harsh brown... wah... Ok stop stop, later you all jealous until don't want to read le. After breakfast, we proceed to the big field and play rubber band passing using the straws in our mouth and find things to build the tallest tower. Uncle Qian Lu very 夸张, he go take a fallen tree branch, not small one leh, super big one leh, after he take, every other group went to take, super funny lor! Anyway we came in third for the tallest tower. Not bad sia.
Then we had preparation time for skit, wah, that day cannot think of anything leh, later I thought of using Return of the Condor Heroes as our main plot, a lot of funny ideas lar, but not yet complete. Then came lunch, I will not elaborate, coz after that I realize all the meals we had there were around the same, though the taste nice, its always lamb, chicken, beef, fish and vegetables, standard de. Then came our sermon, sermon was good, very encouraging, Rev Lai really made me think a lot! Even though at the front, I almost fell asleep, I stood up aside and listened at first. The sharing we had later was really fruitful, I shared about the fear of stepping up and serve the Lord, others shared a lot too, quite a deep sharing. Then dinner and sermon again. Sermon part 2 was more theoretical and practical, it was good, but all the high I people started drifting away, including me lar. Xiao Ling and me were self entertaining, I was asking her, "Hey, do you find Rev Lai looks like Humpty Dumpty?". She give a funny expression and said, "Walou, you very bad leh". I almost burst out laughing, opps so sorry, Zhi Yang look at our direction still, so paiseh, next time I will try to concentrate more! We then break into groups and shared until 11 plus that night.
Day 3:

They went out of glass, so we took bowls for our fruit juices, 我敬你一杯！！！
Had line dance again, this time more people woke up early to join, the breakfast, the singspiration and the last sermon for the whole camp. The sermon also quite theoretical but the last two sermons really pose some very challenging questions to the leaders of our church. Pray that God will continue to guide our church into the right direction. Later we break into groups for sharing again, shared about how we share gospel to others, Leah was with us too, she was happy and noisy, distracted our attention, haha... and she had her delicious beef bolognese, baby version of course, by Heinz, maybe I will feed my baby with that next time, coz it taste not bad. Later we had skit practicing time, the plot already out but we practised too long lar, haiyah, didn't had time to swim, or at least I didn't get to swim, coz by the time we ended its already 5 plus and 6 is our dinner, but Pei En, Wei Hong, Xiao Ling and Linda went to swim, I went to play ping pong with Kai En and Ying Qian, I first time learn, haha... So Kai En and Ying Qian taught me the techniques to play ping pong, I became all sweaty and went back to bathe before dinner. Dinner that night was fantastic, although I didn't eat a lot, it was BBQ food!
After that it was family themed programs, every family have to wear specially for the last night. Uncle James' family won the best dressed family. Haha... We then had our skit, wah, super funny, coz our theme is to imitate other members of the church mar. Was laughing throughout the whole night. Haha... I think the best part is where Vinc's group imitate many other members of the church, laugh until cannot tahan. Our group got a bit disoriented during the skit, haha... but nevermind, I still heard laughters.

After that, we did not want to sleep, we heard that the KTV open until 1 o'clock, so we excited went down to find to our disappointment, that place is like a pub, and there is only one stage which means you have to sing infront of everybody, mind you, there were strangers in there... Haiz... Then they went to my room for singspiration, haha... nice fellowship, but everyone were very tired, especially me, dozed off and come back during the mist of the singspiration, haha... Before they left, we agreed to go see sun rise next morning and go to have a game of water polo the next morning at 7, wah, so excited lor.

Day 4:
Woke up at 6.30 and went to the beach to take photos of sunrise! Then jumped into the pool for the first time since the starting of the camp, really have no time to swim lor, haha... Then had a game of water polo with Kai En, Shun Jie, Ming Yang, Joshua, Yan Heng, Pei En, Wei En, Wei Hong, Heng Wei and Yi Qian. Really had good exercise, then after that went back to our room to pack and rushed down to have breakfast and gathered at the function room, had singspiration with Uncle Hong Cai leading, wah, his sharing was tear jerking, super sad, but a lot to reflect on then we had prize presentation, our game group came in third, YAY!!! And then we had sharing and lighting of candles for the closing ceremony.

Then took a big group photo, then after that this became super rushed, fast lunch, fast pack up, got on to the bus quickly and zoom, off we go, the journey back to Singapore. Really enjoyed a lot a lot, I WILL PRAY HARD I CAN TAKE LEAVE OFF ARMY NEXT YEAR TO JOIN 2009's CHURCH CAMP!!! Church camp is a must come, church camp is wonderful!!!
