This week is really very eventful, after going for ice-skating with schoolmates on Wednesday, I had a gathering on Saturday with my church's Poly ministry people. We went to Marina Bay to have steamboat/BBQ! I usually eat a lot during buffets, but this time different, I finally learnt how to control my diet, haha... Food was nice there, but after the dinner, my body only smell like the food we ate as my shirt absorb all the oily smell...

Samsoon ni and Li Kuan...

Notice the squid, they are actually squirting black ink out. Hmmm... No more squid for BBQ next time...

Fiana was still sick in the morning but she still came! Suprisingly she became well and ate during dinner! Don't know whether if BBQ food is good for the baby... Must tell Vinc to remind her of what she eat, haha...

The mess we created...

Group photo... Thanks Jia Hui for hitting my head, ahaha... Coz got baby cockroach stuck on my hair, yeew...

Then on Sunday, it was Wai Yee's birthday, Yee mui old already le lar... Haiz... We actually planned a birthday celebration for her. We bought her cake, I did a card which I think is very funny. After the celebration, we went to Parkway's Pasta Mania to have dinner with her... So many people keep her company on her birthday, very contended right, Wai Yee? Haha...

Wai Yee blowing her candles...

This is called Seafood Mania, tasted ok only, not that fantastic but still it was quite filling...

Wai Yee was very high, irritating everybody, ahaha... No lar, this is just a photo with funny expressions...

Kai En and Wai Yee...

Bao Gong and criminal... See that look... Ahaha...

Below are a series of what they call sit sit photos, totally ignorant of other people in the restaurant, don't vomit when looking at the photos, ok?

Finish vomitting? Last photo of the day...

The expression of seeing all those sit sit expressions... Ahaha... No lar... Someone want to cut my face...

Something to learn...

"You can't have fellowship without forgiveness. God warns, "Never hold grudges", because bitterness and resentment always destroys fellowship. Becausefor we're imperfect, sinful people, we inevitably hurt each other when we're together for a long enough time. Sometimes we hurt each other intentionally and sometimes unintentionally, but either way, it takes massive amounts of mercy and and grace to create and maintain fellowship. The Bible says, "You must make allowance for each other's faults and forgive the person who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.""

So happy!

Yesterday, Shu Hui, Jia Min, Wei Shan, Jared, Jia Min's sister, her sister's boyfriend and ofcourse me went to ice-skating at Fuji Ice Palace at Jurong East. First time in my life to try ice-skating, I was quite freaked out at first as the ice was so slippery and plus I have to wear this super uncomfortable blade shoes with so many pro skaters skating at super high speed beside me, not sparing the thought that there are newcomers around and that they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BREAK! Haha... Anyway, I quite smart, learn very fast, muahaha... Suprisingly its not cold in there... Thanks to those who gave me a hand or shoulder whenever I nearly fell down, haha... Thanks Jia Min hah... Good place...

Lap Sap Po's fate... Sad... My leg powerful right? Muahaha...

Wei Shan, your smile so can lan... but I know you are as freaked out as me right... Haha... (Weishan and I newcomers)

This shoes are super uncomfortable... Very tight...

Er... No comments...

After that we went back to Tampines and went up to Wei Shan's house to check our results. And ofcourse... I PASSED ALL!!! That would also mean no delays in Hong Kong trip. Yay yay yay!!! I do know some of my friends has to take supp, but don't worry, jia you, after supp can relax again! After dinner we went to a park and talk until very late... Enjoyed my day but very very tired. Haha...

Check out this kung fu. This is old tomb sect's kung fu. My master is Xiao Long Nu... I am actually sleeping on a rope. Not bad right...

Anyway I should be going to Hong Kong next Wednesday, so see you all when I am back :)

Hong Kong, here I come!

This few days quite eventful actually, played street bandy last Friday with Xiaoling lar, Wai Yee lar, Pei Fern lar, Wei En lar, Uncle James lar and his daughter Ke Jing! Had fun, also shaked abit of my fats, haha... exercise is important even though I am at my lowest weight record since 2001, muahaha... I still need to keep up with the weight, I wish to go lower though, I mean I have been fat for so many years le. Had a really good sharing time with Pei Fern after the exercise. I think I need to overcome some of the problems I have in life now... hope God will guide me... Then on Saturday, we had Poly SC, wow, Fiana's house is very cosy leh, small and nice... Shu Mei's cooking skills not bad hah, live up to the name of Kim Samsoon, haha... On Sunday I discussed about the matter on going back to Hong Kong for vacation with my mother, called my aunt and everything, at last we decided we are going back this holiday!!! YAY!!! Haha... But hah, she want to save money, so she told me whether want to fly Jetstar Asia or not, abit strange, coz have been flying Cathay all the while, anyway I think worth a try but still haven't decided yet lar. But ofcourse whether to proceed with the plan also depends on my results that is coming out this THURSDAY! Haiz... I am very scared, frankly speaking... Hope everything goes well. Mixed feelings now leh... Happy and nervous. Argh... Hate this type of feelings. Anyway, to relieve abit of stress, I am going ice-skating with school friends tomorrow, first time try this type of things, abit excited... Anyway, those who want to buy stuff from Hong Kong, faster tell me now, haha...

To Wai Yee: Thanks for offering to help me with the blog, I would not change my password one lar, haha... must make nice nice for me, so plain now...

Something meaningful while reading Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, share with you all here:

  1. Whenever we become careless about fellowship, everything else begins to slide, too.
  2. Only in regular contact with ordinary, imperfect believers can we learn real fellowship and experience the New Testament truth of being connected and dependent on each other.
  3. You will never grow to maturity just by attending worship services being a passive spectator. Only participation in the full life of a local church builds spiritual muscle.
  4. God has assigned us as individuals the responsibility of keeping each other on track.
Taught me quite alot, hope it helps you too...

Random thoughts...

Argh... I am starting to feel very lowly of myself, I do not know who to change blog skin and stuff. Anyone who knows, please help me...

News in the headlines:

A Garuda Indonesia plane crashed this Wednesday, making it the third air accident of the Indonesian aviation world in recent months. I felt so angry with what they are doing over there in Indonesia, what are they thinking? In their eyes, are we human beings at all or just some goods? How can they be so ignorant about air safety. I swear I would not take any Indonesian airlines in my life after so much of accidents happening...

Below are some airlines in the region I would strongly recommend all of you to avoid when flying around in the region:

  1. Garuda Indonesia and all other Indonesian carriers (Don't risk your life!)
  2. China Airlines (An average of 1 accident every four years, even though they seemed to be better nowadays but don't put your trust on them so fast yet, maybe they have been really lucky this few years...)
  3. Air India and Indian Airlines (Not to do with safety reasons but with hygiene, it was reported the cockcroaches in their airplane meals. Yeew...)

Alot of things happened this few days but that did not really bother me. What bother me was that I do not have a bag! Haha... Coz I damaged my own bag when jumping down the stairs in church last Sunday. But I finally did find time to buy myself a new bag after removing my threads in my gums (I had a wisdom tooth surgery). Anyway I must start finding things to do, I am so bored at home now, will be going ice-skating with my friends on Wednesday and singing K on next Saturday, I like to sing K, coz can release stress... Haha...

Now my blog might look awful but I am still finding help from others to help me improve on it, so tahan with me at the moment...

Love in the body of Christ?

Hello everyone! I have found that live journal is very inflexible, so I switched here to blogger which I think is great. For those who missed my first entry over there, here is it:

I know its not really a good thing to start my blog in such a gloomy note, however I am really feeling very down this whole week... Many things have been pressing on me this past few weeks, making me feeling really tired... PLUS, I was severely hurt by a "brother in Christ" last Sunday, I do not know whether he noticed how hurt I was, but a sudden hatred overwhelmed me... Maybe now you are thinking whether should I be reacting in this way over this problem, however I must tell you, strong reactions does not comes so easily, its after a series of hurt that you will start to feel hatred... He did apologize to me, however is his apology going to change him into a better person, I don't think so for now and I can't forgive his actions done throughout the years. I do not know if its appropriate to say this out, but I have to say it because it has been bothering me too much... I know its something God wants me to learn, I think its very normal for people to feel hurt in God's family but I am wondering if I can overcome it. I came across this few lines of sentence while reading "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren this week and its says "God wants you to be in regular, close fellowship with other believers so you can develop the skills of loving. Love cannot be learned in isolation. You have to be around people - irritating, imperfect, frustrating people". I guess this is what God whats me to learn from this incident, but how am I going to love him? I think that needs time...

Ok, enough of sad things. Let's talk about something brighter, yesterday afternoon, I actually felt earthquake twice! First in the bathroom at around 11.50 and the other time in my room at around 2.00p.m. For the first round of tremor, I actually started to realize I am swaying when I started to feel giddiness and noticed that my towel was also swaying with me, that lasted around 30 seconds, immediately I tuned into Channel News Asia (CNA) and it was reported that a 6.6 magnitude earthquake strike the west coast of Sumatra, during the second round of tremor, I felt the strongest tremor of an earthquake in the 14 years I have lived in Singapore! The water in my cup started to sway and my door was swaying too, I felt really dizzy and squated on the floor until the whole building stopped shaking. Ofcourse, the two rounds of tremor made my felt really unwell and I slept through the whole afternoon after that, haha...

Anyway, friends out there, if you have any lobang for jobs, must tell me leh, I am bored like hell at home, haha... I need money to go back to Hong Kong also... Please please please help me look out, hehe... if not my beautiful dream of going back to Hong Kong will be diminished...
